Processing & Delivery Time
We aim to get your Helio Smile essentials to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your destination and local courier efficiency.
Shipping Costs
We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping on most orders. For accessory-only purchases or expedited shipping upgrades, applicable fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

Helio Smile currently ships to the following regions:
North America: United States, Canada
Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia
Asia & Others: Australia, Japan, India, UAE

Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different distribution centers. When this happens, your order will arrive in separate packages, and you'll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment via email.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to reroute the package.
Need to make a change? You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of purchase and place a new one with the correct details.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us immediately at contact@heliosmile.co. We'll launch a priority investigation (typically 1–3 business days) to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any of the following, please notify us within 3 business days (72 hours) of delivery:
Items arrived damaged or defective
Incorrect or missing items
Delivery discrepancies (marked as delivered but not received)
